Overview
Dubai is close, well connected and easy to plan: direct flights of about five hours from Nairobi, hotels at every level, and a compact mix of city, beach, desert and old souks. It suits city breaks, family holidays, shopping trips, business travel and exhibitions.
It is also one of the main connecting hubs to Europe, Asia and the Americas, so two or three nights fit naturally into a longer journey. Most trips hinge on getting the visa, flight and hotel right — which is what we handle.

Getting there
Direct flights from Nairobi to Dubai International (DXB) take about five hours. Some airlines use Al Maktoum International (DWC).
Getting around
The Metro Red Line links DXB with Downtown and Dubai Marina. Taxis and ride-hailing are widely used; we arrange private transfers.
Money
UAE dirham (AED), pegged to the US dollar. Hotels add a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 7–20 per room, per night.
Entry requirements
Most Kenyan passport holders need a UAE visa before travel. Since 25 June 2026, Kenyans with a valid US, UK, EU or certain other residence permit can get a visa on arrival. Our visa centre checks yours.
Luggage
Your allowance depends on the airline and fare. If you plan to shop, we can price a fare with more baggage.
Local customs
Dress modestly in malls, souks and religious sites, and drink alcohol only in licensed venues. We brief you before you travel.
